Updates

Old ice box
Another week passed by with all kinds of weather here in Michigan [sun, snow, small hail, rain, thunder/lightening, wind gusts...] and a full range of emotions to match.

when I sent a photo of the snowy yard to a pastor in
Zambia, his first question was "How do the trees survive?"

We continue to wait for news about Cory's diploma and Fritz's passport, however we did see that the checks were cashed promptly.

School, organization, cleaning, paperwork, adding on more appointments, driving folks around continue to add variety to our days.

As do the unexpected moments in our day: washing machine dying, lab calls with last minute opening 5 days early, this and that...

One happy moment this week for me occurred when we moved a TV stand to Fritz's room for his things, replacing it with an antique ice box that waited in the barn for a number of years after Kris inherited it from its pervious life, decades at a family cottage at church camp.

Haiti: Spring is a hard time of year even in normal years, as gardens are planted and harvest is months away.

Jembo: The students are between terms and doing ministry projects. Rains have returned this past week

Here is the latest photo from the Limbe Kids Club.
