Another cold but sunny day in Michigan as we continue to adjust to time and weather change.

Last week routine did not get established due mostly to Anna's visit and spending time with her, Cory's folks, and Anna's friends.

On Sunday after the five of us worshiped together we enjoyed a 'Thanksgiving' meal with my folks.

On Tuesday we celebrated Anna with a late birthday meal with Cory's folks and her boyfriend Philip.

Tuesday night Eli and Anna attended Corner Bible's first Journey get-together for young adults, age 18-30.

I have prayed for a couple years for a church in the area to start a ministry to this age group and praise the Lord that I was here to see the fulfillment of this long running prayer request.

Now I'll change up my prayers a bit for protection and impact of this new encouraging outreach.

Thursday all five of us went to Thede's for visiting time and supper, again with Phil.

Friday a couple friends of Anna joined us for some games in the afternoon and supper.

Saturday morning we hung out and helped Anna pack up.

Our time with each of our children and time together as a family of five is very precious to us, as is time spent with our parents. Thank you Lord!

The guys stayed home while Cory and I ran Anna to the airport to return to California for the last two months of her L1 year of law school.

Sunday we celebrated as my folks attended church with us.

Due to health issues they had not been to church for a few months.

This week in addition to trying to find a good routine for our Michigan time we're working once again to sort, organize, and declutter.

A large heavy box arrived this week containing the majority of Fritz's school books for next year.

Now we only need to add a couple of books and we're set for 7th grade.

School, office work, grocery shopping, Bible study...communicating to both Haiti and Zambia.
