This week draws to a close with a grey, rainy Michigan day.
We are closer to finishing 5th grade with Fritz-a smooth week.
Setting up appointments, some shopping, more organization and sorting as we prepare for our next adventure.
The plans for July are starting to line up and we hope that we can share soon about the direction we feel the Lord is leading our family.
So please keep praying for clarity and for things to move smoothly forward and in a timely fashion.
Once a few things are confirmed, we anticipate moving forward swiftly.
The Lord doesn't just bless us while traveling overseas. I, Kris was very blessed last night to attend a Women's event with my mom and Anna to hear a friend's wonderful testimony on how the Lord faithfully has walked with her since age 9. Very blessed and can't wait to read one of her favorite books, a book she gifted each attendee about praying scriptures.
Another exciting experience this week came from an invitation from a friend of Anna's.
You can read part of Zacharie's story here. The e-mail sharing his story arrived the day before Anna had arranged a visit.
We met him at the School of Missionary Aviation Technology [SMAT] on Thursday afternoon.
We thouroughly enjoyed a tour of the school facility and meeting some of the staff and students.
Following the tour Zacharie took Fritz [co-pilolet seat], Cory, and Anna up for a short flight over Lake Odessa.
I watched them on radar and chatted a bit.
Once they returned we spent a bit of time talking about an MAF plane that landed while they were in the air....it had served (served us and some of the teams that visited) in Haiti during our time on LaGonave.
We have stories about this plane..including the time when we joined nurse Clare on a flight back to LaGonave and due to luggage and groceries Anna and Eli shared the very back seat.
A wonderful ministry for anyone interested in missions and flying.
They are hosting Community day on June 18, 2022...more information can be found here.
We continue to enjoy family time with Eli and Anna!
We have some times planned to visit and hang out with extending family in the next month's time as well.
Trying to soak up each day and events as they come our way.
Praising the Lord in the waiting!
We continue to mourn and lift up suffering friends and our beloved Haiti.
Things continue to worsen in Haiti, especially Port-au-Prince. Please join us in praying.

Sylvia and I drove past SMAT today. Then read this and also Zacharie's story. What a wonderful tale God is weaving--a tapestry of which we are all a part.
