Aftershocks and political protests continue along-side stories of Haitians helping Haitians.
Please continue to pray for the Lord's will to be done and His love to be clearly evident to all.
The church at the mission in Fauche, Port Margot finally has a roof.
Church youth conference was held there last week and ladies conference is this week.
It is dry season in north Haiti and Fauche didn't even get any rain from tropical storm Grace.
[If you look close the 3 introverts of the family are reading at the lake (Cory behind the slide). The 2 extroverts are on the raft working on diving lessons].
We hear everyone is fine at Delice: our workers, the Agape kids, and the school.
An unexpected blessing due to Cory's trip to Haiti being delayed was that we were able to spend a long weekend together at the family cottage. This weekend Anna plans to excitedly board a plane, crossing the Atlantic for the first time, as she travels to Jordan for her fall term.
Please be praying for her travels and experience in the Middle East.
Like so many of our weeks lately, this one contained a large mix of feelings and events:
Moving some of her stuff back 'home'; good-byes; meeting boy-friend's family here from California to move in his brother at Calvin as a freshman; packing; school with Fritz; helping family with ministry; our Monday night zoom class; a couple zoom meetings; scheduling fall activities and visits; filling in additional appointments and events for September, and more...
Please be praying for the children and staff at Children of the Promise with the sudden, unexpected loss of one of the boys who Fritzlin was a good friend with during his years there.
Pray for those who will greatly miss B including his foster parents of 8 years, Seth and Melissa and the children in their house who have grown up together.
