No snow day here- just school as usual. While Eli performs chemistry experiments, Anna works to put on paper the experience of being a nugget of gold. Cory works on accounting, book editing and thank you letters. I am blogging--as you know.
I hear the band on campus practicing. The mango tree's blossoms look good because of a lack of hard rains. On our table are the last few bananas of a hand of 20 that Genner gave us. The banana plant at 1.5 years of age produced 17 hands of fruit, close to 300 bananas. They taste good although a bit shorter than those in the USA. They are Ceylon (virus free Mysore) bananas.
Will be working on setting up a MAF flight for the folks, while they decide when to try again to come visit us. A bit of a pain but it could of been a much bigger mess if the team from Battle Creek was also involved. Remember back in December as we prayed and worked to find a way for them to come only to feel like we needed to delay the trip? Well the Lord knew all about this blizzard which messed up travel plans for so many people. Glad He's in charge and not me.

It sounds like it was a good school day for you guys. Lyric headed up a "rock" making project that they did in school last week. It involved crayon shavings and made a big mess...but I think was maybe a tiny bit educational for a snow day =)
We are big fans of MAF. My husband produced and played the music for a song for a video that Steve Chapman wrote, sang and made for them. What a blessing they have been to so many! Hope they are able to help your folks!
Education should happen every day! And if it includes fun all the better!
Susan-is the video on You-tube or someplace we could go to check it out? MAF is great-saves lots of ROUGH hour by road. Thanks for being a part of their ministry and therefore our ministry!
