Dec. 12

First Sunday after 9 on the road to enjoy just being part of the service and not speaking.

Busy, busy week but learned so much and connected with a lot of interesting people who are changing the world. The ECHO bookstore holds many books and resources of knowledge so we snagged a few books to bring back with us furthering our education.

Cory spent some time yesterday with the board of the organization Starfysh who work on LaGonave. Check out their goals on "Compassion, Dignity, Hope. One life at a time" at starfysh.org.

I spent part of yesterday researching a idea for a book. At ECHO we connected with different groups who expressed interest in the health book. Will see where the Lord takes the books.

Eli and Anna enjoyed the week with the grandparents and snow. Looks like this week more cold and snow will be coming.

This week we plan to work on tickets for the teams [please continue to pray for the best solution!] as we start to pack to return home in January. We had planned to fly into Port-au-Prince to renew our visas and then drive North. At the conference we learned that repairs on the road between home and Port, damaged with hurricane Thomas have not been completed. So we also need to look into flights from Port to Cap Haitian. We appreciate your prayers.

We may not see any way though problems but we know that God has a plan and a time table-we just need to trust and obey.

Trusting God is where it's at.
