We learned of a local hero from Allegan!

We enjoyed a few days of family activities visiting the Kalamazoo Air Zoo museum and several other fun family activities.

From our last Email Update:

Haiti continues to struggle but we haven't heard major news lately.

Our original plan was to spend August until late October in Haiti and then return for Partnership Development time for the rest of the year. 

We already arranged for a couple church visits and are actively working to line up other visits including a road trip to New York.

Cory plans to return soon for a short time in Haiti.

After prayer and discussions with counselors and our leadership we have made the hard decision to delay Kris and Fritzlin’s return to Haiti.

We plan to spend the rest of the year on extended Partnership Development and filling the time focusing on personal and professional development.

While this is not what we had planned for or hoped for we are trusting that the Lord will use this time for His honor and our good.
