This project is to help to develop a ministry base in the mountain area of Delice. The dream of the  [Wesleyan] national church for the area includes:  a farm to produce fruits, vegetables and livestock; a school of agriculture; a health center; and other community development projects. The most pressing need is to start planting the current land to addresses the extensive problems of malnutrition, lack of education and infrastructure. Due to the remote location and hours spent to arrive, the Delice Station will also include missionary housing
