Team Wrap UP.

The rainy weather this morning cause a cancelation of the riverside gardens and Pastor Emmanuel's church down the river but the team took the news very well.

So instead of one last tour they set to work on finishing up the jobs.

Along the way a few last minute requests were also completed.

Pastors Fred and J painted both the ceilings and walls of two patient rooms and the large hole in the one's screen door no longer exists.

The green room [formerly called the cholera room] received the final green and brown touch up painting and every window now sports curtains.

When the medical records cabinets arrived and looked really nice-some additional painting occurred and curtains made for those areas as well. Unfortunately the table saw remains nonoperational, so the staff will need to wait for the doors for the medical records cupboards.

The vital signs room walls sport a cherry light yellow color and bright green curtains.

Our front door also received a needed makeover.

During lunch we sang happy Birthday to Pastor Fred, celebrating his joining the family of God.

Early this morning Pastor Immanuel stopped in requesting one last massage class.

Although informed we would be starting right at 3 only 5 people made it on time. However by the end of class close to 20 people   learned some basic massage therapy.

After Kimberly thanked them and expressed how much sharing in the class meant to her Pastor thanked her for the whole class and presented her with a gift.

Packing, playing with the children and good-byes occupied the rest of the afternoon before supper.

Last night the team enjoyed a touching devotional time and broke bread together sharing how each one of the team touched them this past week as well as blessing each other with words of encouragement.

Games and fellowship kept us up past our families normal bed time.

Very neat to see how the Lord brought together two churches from different states as well as church members who did not know one another before the trip and really bonded each of us into a team.

Tomorrow before 6:30 a.m. the big truck will transport the team away to return to the USA. Please pray for each team member to enjoy good health and traveling mercies to arrive safely at home to rejoin with their families.
