April 5th Prayers for clinic and Anna.

We had a great Easter weekend. Friday the kids and I didn't have school but spent most of the morning reading good Easter books.

Cory and Chris showed the Jesus film to various groups on the campus 4-5 times. We heard of many places having baptisms of new post earthquake believers.

Saturday the house received a good cleaning and we made yummy food for Easter.

Easter morning everyone loaded in the truck at 5 a.m. to drive to Cowman school for the sunrise service. While I still miss watching the sunrise over the mainland mountains as we celebrated on LaGonave at the beach I enjoyed the service.

We only knew about 25% of those attending the English Fellowship service -the last time we attended a group activity was Thanksgiving. Following the service we all shared a breakfast potluck. We brought banana bread and banana's.

Back home we enjoyed a lovely lunch with ham, corn casserole, potato salad and flower cake that Anna made. As a family we watched the video Faith like Potatoes-very interesting and inspiring. I like hearing how the Lord uses farmers for the Kingdom.

I thought that yesterday afternoon Anna was tired from getting up early but unfortunately last night she became sick to her stomach and generated a whole load of laundry by her self.

Somehow despite getting her whole bed, her clothes and the rug she missed her mosquito net. Today she continues to run a fever and not feel well. Thank you for your prayers.

I observed and assisted Chris in clinic today. We saw maybe 8 folks. Pastor Rigo reports his wife is doing more but an OB ultrasound at 2 months isn't normal. They are trusting in the Lord. I also asked about how the clinic across the road is doing these days-he reports they are not seeing many patients as the lies that were told against our clinic are becoming known. Thanks for your continued prayers.
