Photographs of Route National One

Route National One is the main road between Port-au-Prince and Cap Haitian. It goes along the coast through St. Marc and then Gonaives when you turn inland and though the mountains.

We are assuming that these pictures were taken on a trip down from the North going to Gonaives with supplies. Two bridges are also damaged on the way.

Parts of the road remain under water.

Parts are under large amount of stone.

Parts are just gone. They are saying now that a few trucks are getting though.
