April 19th

This weeks accomplishments include:

Kids taking their first SAT-standardized tests.

Cory's first attempt at processing coco beans into usable coco-not like store bought but good. Hard to describe the difference so I guess you'll have to come for a visit and taste some of Cory's browies.

Beans were fermented, then washed and dried outside, roasted in the stove, peeled, chopped in blender and used in brownies.

Close to 700 Moringa seeds were planted in small cups in preparation for May Day. Plan to distribute the trees and information about the wonderful nutrition of Moringa to the students at the Fauche school.

Kris completed her on-line medical education requirements for 2008. Now only 12 hours of quizes to go for the year.

Two more speaking engagements on the calender for July.

Lots of plants planted with the 2.5 inches of rain this week to water them nicely.
