Sad Good-Byes Feb. 25

Sadly the team is on their way to the States. They will overnight in Florida before heading to Michigan. We had a good day yesterday-most attending Fauche church. Pastor Marc and Cory went to Port Margo where Pastor preached.

In the afternoon members of the district committee visited and brought gifts for the three new team members. Lots of packing and last minute thanks occurred. Gene, Cory and Marc went to Port Margo and showed the "God Story" video in Creole to about 300 people using the new projector.

We headed out before 7 this morning in two vehicles. We dropped the kids off at school and let my folks see their class rooms and met the teachers. Then we continued to the airport.

We were able to wait with the team in the small waiting room after the team checked in with the airlines. All passengers and bags needed to weigh in on a big scale. Because all passengers were there-their flight was able to leave 45 minutes early.

We then returned to school and picked up the kids at noon. We are hosting a 9 member World Hope team for the rest of the day and evening.

A HUGE thanks to the team, all who prayed and their families who shared them with us. God Bless.
