The World Hope team visited the school, clinic and compound yesterday. During our tour of the clinic we were able to see only a small part of the new OB/ER. The nurse had just delivered the third baby in that newly painted room since they starting using in last Friday and a fourth mom was in labor. Every member of the 2008 His Hands team had a part of this room and it will benefit the Haitian people for a long time.
We had a short rain last night. During the teams visit we didn't have much rain and things were starting to get dry. We are now on day 7 without government power so we have had to use the small generator to charge our battery backup system.
The World Hope team will see some local projects this morning and then head to the airport following an early lunch.
