This morning we helped my Mom start putting the Christmas decorations away: the tree, decorations, Dicken's village and stockings returned to boxes stored in the furnace room.
This time of year, more than ever, it feels like time both zooms by and drags at the same time.
The week between Christmas and New Year's celebrations.
Lots of fun, food, and fellowship with family mixes with wondering what 2022 will hold for us.
Looking back at 2021, while looking forward to 2022 swirls the positive and negative emotions into a interesting, often uncomfortable tangle.
God remains the constant; our Rock, our Redeemer, our Light, our Waymaker, Guide, Savior, Healer, Loving Father, Judge, Helper, Bread of Life, Protector, Provider, Purifier....and so much more.
I'm thankful not to be who I was a year ago.Lord may I learn the lessons You have for me today, tomorrow, and in the days, year to come.
Lord I thank you for Your work in my life through Your grace, mercy, and love.
May my mind, body, and spirit grow stronger with Your help and guidance.
