Over 2350 miles logged in 11 days spanning 12 visits! Whew. Good travel, good visits, good memories and still good to be back at my folks.
When trying to fit in so many visit's in a short period of time one always wonders if it is wise knowing that delays, the unexpected can occur.
Thankfully the plans went well and we made all the appointments on time.
Enjoyed reconnecting with long term supporters and new ones. Nice fall colors.
This afternoon Eli will start part one of Michigan's driver's education. Because of the many requirements and hours needed it will likely take him a few years and visits to the USA to fit in everything.
On Wednesday morning he will take the PSAT's in Allegan. Although not a junior we thought that taking the test early would be a good experience of taking standardized tests in a group setting.
Updating our correspondence lists, working on a newsletter will occupy my next couple days before heading off for an overnight shopping trip with my mom, aunt and cousin. While I'm not a big fan of shopping I am a big fan of family time and making memories.
Saturday we will host an informal open house for folks in the area who may not get to visit with us otherwise. Allegan Wesleyan Church 1-4 p.m. with a short presentation at 2:30. Food provided.
