Bedonia needs your prayers. Bedonia's dad, Met. Rousvel, is the hospital administrator of the Wesleyan Hospital on LaGonave. His wife and he were surprised when later in life she became pregnant with twins. I was not on the island for the delivery but met Bedonia the next day when she traveled to the mainland with Miss Carol because of spinal bifida-her back did not properly close before birth.
Thankfully the Lord opened many doors for her to travel to the USA for life saving surgery. And since then has traveled a few times for additional medical treatment. Once again she needs to have surgery in the USA to improve her quality of life. The surgery is scheduled for July 23 at Riley children's hospital.

As you may guess it takes a lot of paperwork to obtain a medical visa to travel to the USA. I can count on one hand then number of people that I know in the past 14 years who managed to complete the paperwork and get a visa. Bedonia's paperwork needs to come together fast.
- Notarized letters from the doctor and hospital need to arrive in Haiti.
- Bedonia has a visa appointment on July 3 but not her mom.
- After the visa and approval tickets need to be purchased.
- Bedonia's pre-surgery testing needs to happen on July 16th, just over 1 month away.
- They will remain in the USA, guests of Dr. Hunter until Sept. 26th if all goes well.
- Pray as well for Met. Rousvel and the other daughters who will remain at home.
