May 30

Kids are winding down school as we gear up for the busy summer ahead.

We had a nice visit from Tom Braak, his wife, Ficilta, Enick and Rony Jean on Tuesday. They came to pick up some plants they had added to Cory's order and Cory shared some of his plants as well. If you would like to know more check our Faith in Action International on line. Tom is originally from Western Michigan as well. They toured the gardens, collected some seeds and talked.

At one point Tom said 'It's like a little ECHO'. What a complement! Trees are doing well. Jake fruit still weak but pushing a few leaves.

For those interested in more details about Artemisia [not just treatment for malaria but cancer and other things as well] you can go to the link now posted on the side of our blog for Anamed. This group is where we got the seeds.

Cory visited and is going to share plants with Baudin Agricultural Training School which is located by the airport and supported by the United Methodist church.

I'm sorting though photos and working on Power Points. If we are not going to be visiting a church near you please keep in mind our Open House July 12th at the Allegan Wesleyan Church 1-5 pm with questions at 3. Hope to see many of you there.

Tom told us that International Aid has closed their mission store. We are thankful for all the supplies we were able to purchase over the years for the mission and hospital. International Aid will continue to help in other areas of ministry.

I learned yesterday that you can instant message on facebook! I chatted with a cousin. Those looking for me Kristi Teravest-Thede.
