Happy Memorial Day to the USA

Interesting weekend. Friday the kids were out playing Marco Polo and I was cooking supper when I heard Anna's panicked voice calling MOM, MOM, MOM..... Eli had run into a pole and cut his forehead and lips. I put in 2 stitches and a butterfly bandage. He did great deciding that he would rather not have the pain shot with a bigger needle than the one I had to stitch with. Please pray for him as he has a test each day for the next 6 school days. Eli also had a fever on Saturday night and isn't 100%. Thanks for the prayers.

We had a good rain Friday night. The trees and plants are mostly doing well but there are a couple Jackfruit that is in serious condition and a couple doing so-so. Another missionary is coming tomorrow to see us and pick up a few of the trees he had added to our order.

Kids and I sorted clothes over the weekend. When you return to the States it is good to know both what you have and what you need. So we gave away the clothes that are to small, or the uniforms that the kids will not need next year. I have gone through bathrooms supplies and medications. I still need to inventory school supplies.

We also worked on our plans for the New York trip. We have a few churches we would like to visit during the week so will be contacting them. I may need a passport renewal and as we plan to drive though Canada need to work on the timing so that I can have my passport back by the trip.
