Welcome to Fauche

We have now been at Fauche for 3 1/2 weeks. The big events for this week included: Eli's 10th birthday, installation of the satellite dish [E-mail and Internet-praise the Lord] and school starting. We are adjusting to life in Northern Haiti. Many of you responded that you would like to follow our family, lives and work in Haiti through a blog-so here it is !!! This is a team effort so ask questions, make comments and tell us what you enjoy hearing about. Otherwise the grandparents will insist on more of Eli and Anna.

Kris will be doing most of the posting-so the grammar and spelling may not be up to Cory's level. Thank you to all who prayed for our move and transition.

Enjoyed the pics. The cake looked great Eli. I'm sure it tasted as good as it looked. You and I share the same birthday month. Mine is tomorrow the 13th.
I celebrated on Monday with a couple of other church folk who had birthdays that day.
Interesting to remember that it was because we knew and followed Robyn's (Vaughn)adventures in Haiti that we got to know about and prayed for you folk.
We think the blog is a great idea.
Love and Blessings

This blog is a wonderful idea and a great way for you to share your life with the rest of us! Personally, I always enjoy hearing about whatever you want to share. I love the pics!! Eli and Anna have grown up so much since I last saw you, and they're still every bit as adorable. I love those hats, too!! I hope you'll be able to include some pics of your new home, and maybe some of you and Cory in your new work settings there in the north. Love and prayers always, Alice Z
