Team Report Feb. 9

Today was filled with lots of activities. Getting the clinic prepared so that the Warsaw team will be able to work, finishing the last bunk bed, hanging of some mosquito nets, discussion of who will be responsible for the various aspects of the projects were all a part of our day.

There was also more cabinet building and varnishing. Adding 6 more people to our mission family, plus maybe two more if the Solons return this weekend, means more laundry, more waiting for use of the bathrooms for showers and more food. We think we are prepared!

Cory spent part of the morning shopping for food and supplies. The school day was full of learning. Kris worked on cleaning up the in-box of E-mails. Afraid that some were missed in the post-earthquake busyness of life.

Today was a cloudy day and now it looks like it might rain again. BUT it is warm here and we are all enjoying the climate. Heard today that there is a big snow storm back home and we are hoping that the Warsaw team didn't run into any delay as they fly from Chicago. Once they arrive, we will have 7 working days to complete our projects...the race has begun.
