30 May- End of Month.

It is harder to blog in the USA. Guess I just have more real life interaction with family to take up my time and need to communicate. May is almost gone--Monday will start saying "Next month when we're home".

Monday will also be the 'official' start of the hurricane season-unfortunately there has already been 11 deaths in Haiti from flooding. Heavy rains last week caused deaths in several parts of Haiti.

Since my last blog I was able to wrap the Birthday and Christmas gifts. We gave Cory's mom those for that side of the family. And my mom has those for this side. We have a few waiting to be packed in the suitcases that are not wrapped as it is frowned upon.

Visited the library, read some books, researched mentoring, spent time with family, kept up with E-mails.....

One of Cory's projects has been searching E-bay for seeds of tropical fruit or nut trees. Then if he is able to buy them, have them mailed here to Michigan he quickly plants those who are very time sensitive. He will try to pack these trees carefully [those that grow] and hand carry them back with us to Haiti.

Please remember the Irvine and Gould families as they travel early next week to the mainland and then back to USA/Canada.

Looking forward to our visit to Hickory Corners Church tomorrow morning. Have a great weekend.
