Jan. 5 Life lessons.

Monday-a day to kick school into top speed but we still have a few subjects that we need to get caught up on. Lesson-one day of math is easier than 2+

Went down to clinic at 9 only to find lots of people but no one with a chart or vital signs done ready to see a doctor. So I did return later and finished late but had to return to the house to do school. Lesson for nurses. Take the vitals and write them on a piece of paper until you get the charts, don't sit around waiting or everyone ends up with a longer day.

Moringa Mountains Project- unfortunately for us only 4 trees came up from the first 400 planted. But there is a good side. 1]Cory didn't go down and plant these seeds in the lower garden where it would be harder to replant 2] Cory didn't sell any seeds from this bag which are not good. 3] They are near the house and therefor easier for Eli and mom to replant.

Lessons for me-try to get French lesson done before the end of the day. Two-get exercise done before the rest of the family ready for supper. Three not a good idea to start a book about satanism before bed.

Cory's lessons-keep looking for new locations and information about trees and banana plants. He received some magazines from a friend with interesting sources of information about banana diseases and citrus. He is preparing an order for banana plants. He had planned to do some of this 'office' type work when the fall rains hit but other than the rains while the team was here we haven't had any. "Don't put off until tomorrow....." Here he is with a 'tree toad' for transplanting trees that he bought last week.

That just goes to show that Anna is the smartest one in the house - no lessons to learn. Haha.

Patty-will try to write the flower types. The last couple were powder puff and an orchid.

Marc-that would be one way to look at it.
