We had a good week last week-visas are renewed. Some shopping done. Kids and I enjoyed the Haiti Baptist Mission all week.
Cory, Chris and Kathleen made a short trip to LaGonave on Wed. and returned on Friday. They had a good trip. Cory not only got to see the gardens he made a short trip up the mountain to check on some of the date palms at World Vision. Chris and Kathleen were able to see the hospital, mission, market and gardens.
Saturday Chris and I saw the hospital at Fairmont. Patti was even nice enough to let us pick up a few medical items from their warehouse. Thanks!
Sunday we enjoyed a visit to English church. Saw some old friends and met some new ones.
Today we pack up the truck and headed a few hours West [important to note we are now closer to home]. We will be meeting for the next three days with the other Wesleyan missionaries from Haiti as well as a few from other countries for an Area retreat.
