7 Aug.

Some of the waiting is over.
New baby welcomed into the family. And reportedly everyone is well. Went home today.

Chris and Kathleen have tickets for the 19th of Aug. So we're trying to get the Dearest house all nice and ready for them.

Here is Cory with the shower. The new cement areas are to be washed down today and hopefully ready for paint on Monday. Then the cleaning can start.

Here is a question for you Thinkers out there. What is Cory doing covering bricks with cardboard? Let me know your guesses please.

Cory spent yesterday in Cap Haitian getting cargo shipped from the USA, shopping and visiting a piece of land that a businessman in Cap Haitian owns. Cory toured his pop bottle filling factory but forgot to take any pictures.

The Northern District Youth conference has started. I'm to speak on Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow Pastor Carl [Global Partner's Missionary] and Zach [GoNet volunteer] are coming to visit the campus and participate in the District Conference next week.

Have a good weekend.

Haitian-style paper weights? mean pinata?

Shipment packaging to keep them from grinding each other as they bounce down the rough roads?

I do like the pinata theory though.
