Just a short note to let everyone know that we're home. Not as early as we had hoped but we were home before 2 pm.
Thank you for the prayers. All the bags made it although four took a second flight into Haiti making us wait for them.
Cory is out planting some of his baby trees that just traveled to Haiti with us. We have the refrigerator cooling, government power, running water and working Internet. Life is good.
Hot and muggy-92 degrees and some rumbles of thunder. Yard plants grew, grass is long, trees mostly OK but we did lose some of the baby bananas.
Rose the cat is being loved on by Anna. Anna has spent an hour or so with her friends. Eli is reading after having put the Guinea Pigs outside and collected them some grass.
We have drinking water filtered and in the frig. Need to think about supper as we brown bagged supper and breakfast and skipped lunch.
Praying that it rains as the grass is crunchy. More later with pictures hopefully.

So happy for you that you have electricity and water, etc!!! Never understood before...but if you EVER are without these again for a long period...I will "get it" and feel the pain. Love you guys. Lyric is here...and says that her "bug necklace" is BEAUTIFULLY BUG-EYED"!
Glad you made it home okay. Looking forward to the pictures.
