We spoke at Friendship Wesleyan and they live up to their name. We enjoy being able to share in person how our support team is helping the people of Haiti.
Eli and Anna have taken to gathering pictures
and props before leaving for Sunday School or Children's church for their 'talk'. We've been told that the church kids are interested in what they have to say but don't have any details on what they share about life in Haiti.
Today we had the privilege of meeting with Chris and Kathleen, the young couple who is planning on joining us in Haiti in August. They will marry the end of this month. We had a nice visit and answered lots of questions. Please join us in praying for their support raising as they prepare for service in Haiti.
Tomorrow we plan to visit Rays of Hope in Grand Rapids to check out their warehouse of donated supplies for Haiti. The kids will spend some time with the Thede side of the family.
One month from today and we will be starting the school year. We....ok I am looking forward to the next school year. The kids will be once we are back home-right now they are having to much fun to want to think about school.
