June 12 Baby packs and rockets.

Lots of little stuff the last few days including putting together some of the packages that we give out at the Fauche clinic to newborns. We spent some time helping mom sort, stamp, and pack zip-lock bags for shipping.

We are keeping up with people via E-mail and the Internet, writing letters, and making a few phone calls. I'm working on my on-line continuing education hours. Kids doing some drawing, math review and reading library books as well as enjoying some Wii and TV

This morning there was only a light breeze out so Grandpa and Eli decided to shoot off the rocket that they had built. First launch put the rocket just inside the cow pasture on the other side of the electric fence. Second launch took two tries but it landed on the edge of the lawn. And the third launch was near the lawn in the corn field.

Cory remains busy purchasing plants and supplies, mostly on E-bay. Only a few more weeks and we'll be heading home to Haiti with a bunch of small trees and orchids.

Cool, I love rockets!
I hope you had fun and didn't loose any in the trees. :-)

Didn't loose it. Thanks for the Comments. That way I feel that I'm not 'talking' to myself. Harder to write interesting things from Michigan than in Haiti. Plus I know our folks watch the blog more when we're in Haiti as well. So thanks a lot.
