Nov. 28 Sad News

A beautiful day. I think that is is easier to hang clothes on the line when you have a mountain view. The wet clothes in the sun were steaming.

Yesterday Cory went to the University of Northern Haiti campus and collected some banana pups and other plants. He also picked up the mail. Later he rewired the house so if the government power comes on again we will be connected.

The kids and I are still trying to get back into the swing of school. Some subjects we're ahead but others we have a week or so to make up.
Eli likes to do science experiments but this one we could not get to work.

First day lily blossom.

Eli's Moringa trees are coming up. The bigger ones were planted about a month ago.

Just checked E-mail and learned that my Grandma Ter Avest has gone to be with the Lord. I know that she is happy and no longer suffering. I feel badly that we can't be with the family physically but we are with you in thought and prayers. Grandma had visited here back when I was a child. She was always an encouraging, giving and loving lady. We will miss her.
