Nov. 26th

Not as much news without a team here. Yesterday morning the kids and I did school. We didn't do much while the team was here and therefore most of our 'extra' days are gone. We will push to build up more 'extra' days before the His Hands Team comes in late Nov. The Grandparents brought the rest of the school years books so we are good to go.

We didn't have any rain yesterday but it is raining again this morning. We have had about 18 inches in the last week. Makes it hard to get laundry done especially when we just had 8 guests and have their sheets, towels and some clothes to wash.

Yesterday afternoon the kids and Cory went down the road and visited the Baptist University. Cory had been asked to help with a tree grafting class. He took bud wood from eight of the new imported trees. If the grafts take then the new trees will already be multiplied! The kids had fun playing with the missionary kids.

I enjoyed a quiet house while mending, reading, erasing pencil marks from mom's clinic sign and working on the computer. It was dark when they got back but Cory had called on the cell phone to let me know they were running late. One of the pastors on the compound came up to make sure everything was OK as he had notice that the truck was gone. Nice to have good neighbors.
