School talk and church visit (written by Cory)

Friday morning Leon and I went to the school to teach a course about agriculture.

The 1st-6th grades were combined and met in the church, 120 students total.

The students learn the Bible and sang many Christian songs during breaks.

I shared some about reducing erosion, increasing soil fertility and potential new crops and trees.

There were also many good questions about these things and the local climate.

I was given most of the morning class time and we plan to do this weekly for now.

Later we can do some practical work when the school walls are completed which will protect demonstration gardens from livestock.

Sunday we visited the church for the first time and it was good to be in a regular church service.

Same building as 3rd grade and where I spoke on Friday.

All the students were invited and we picked up the Agape kids on the way to church.
