Monday update

I sent the message below by iContact email a few minutes ago. Not sure how many go into spam folders. Its not encouraging for delivery rates that the copy to me goes into the spam folder.

We are thankful there was only a very small earthquake in Port au Prince yesterday.
Kris reported that their trip to Leogane went well. She saw downtown for the first time and it was mostly flattened. The church where they had clinic reported 10 or maybe it was 12 saved in their church service.
Refugees continue to crowd into the small homes of local people. News reports say 200,000 homeless have left Port au Prince out of 600,000. Its hard to imagine how the rest of the country will be able to hold much more. Church Sunday morning on campus was full with about 1/3 more attending than usual.

Today I pick up the His Hands team in Cap Haitian. Larry and Carol TerAvest and Gene & Gerda Detwieler.
