The kids were up very late last night playing games with some of the others but had a great time.
We had an early breakfast and then packed the truck up. We said our good-byes and headed just a few minutes down the coast to the Wesleyan boat dock. Now the truck was unloaded, loaded with Date palms and then repacked with our stuff. We left there at 9.
Stopped in the town of Gonaives to drop off a few trees, pick up some Moringa seeds and a letter and have a short break. The pastor had us follow him on his moped so that we wouldn't get lost in town....worked except for the short time that we followed the wrong guy to a dead end. Opps!
Ride went well until we were almost up to a mountain top market and one of the back tires went flat. Thankfully it was the outside one, the spot wasn't to bad and the guys didn't have any trouble getting it changed.
We thankfully arrived home just after 4 p.m. Lots of help was on hand to unload the truck. A very nice welcome. Now we're going to try to stay awake until 7 and then go to bed!
Will try to download some pictures tomorrow. Thanks for the prayers.
