21 Nov.

A sunny Saturday afternoon about 85 degrees out. It was a good week.
We are working on weeding the yard and getting things looking nice for visitors. Weeds grow like.....well weeds in our warm, wet area but thankfully most have shallow roots.

Kids and I have planted more Moringa trees to get ready for the December clinic special. Hope that lots of folks come for health care, receive a tree as a gift and more than those feel the Lord's love though the work.

Chris and Kathleen have been here three months now and continue to do great. It will be nice to have a bigger family for our Thanksgiving celebration this year.

It is a week that I tend to think of family more often. When we're in Michigan we eat and visit our way through the day-9 o'clock breakfast with my dad's family, 1 p.m. with Cory's mom's family and then 4 p.m. with my mom's family.

Anyone care to guess what the pictures are of?? I haven't had comments in a long time so I'm fishing. Guess your all to busy to visit. Your hint is margarine coloring.

Have a good weekend in the Lord. Prayers for Sherry, Larry, Mical, Mary as they heal.

My guess is:
Annatto (Bixa orellana L.)

I searched the web and found a picture that looked like your picture.
The clue gave it away. ;-)

RIGHT you are Peter-otherwise known as the lipstick tree. Will let you guys know if we process any for the color-sounds like a good home school project!

It was also illegal for a while in the USA to sell colored margarine because of protests from the dairy industry.
