June 20 Happy Father's Day

Sorry to those who check the blog on a daily basis. "Pa fault mwe= Not my fault"-the last couple of days we had bad storms that either meant that I had the computer unplugged or that I couldn't connect to the satellite.

Lots of rain last night in our part of Michigan with some locations receiving over 7 inches-made us think of Fauche.

Thursday I was going to spend some hours doing my continuing medical education-but they were working on the Website.

Friday my plan included renewing my driver's licence. Now I don't use it very much as I don't drive in Haiti and not very often in the USA but good to have. Thursday night on the news was a reminder to anyone planning to renew their license that the office was closed on Friday-a furlough day. While I was glad to know in advance of driving to the office-I am not happy to
still have it on my to-do list.

Today we spent time with Cory's family at the park as well as at his sister's house. The new children are adjusting well and lots of fun. We celebrated Father's day and made some plans for celebrating summer birthdays before we leave.

Tomorrow we share at Todd's church [Gull Lake Community at 9:30am], have a family photo taken and celebrate Father's Day with my family.
