May 12 Chore Day

Yesterday we returned the rented motor home and spent the day at Cory's folks. His brother's family were visiting from down south and we also got to see his sister's kids. Cory's sister and brother-in-law are in Uganda to adopt our new niece and nephew.

Cory enjoyed working in the yard. It has been 8 years since we were in Michigan for Spring. We are enjoying the tulips and flowering trees. Looking forward to fresh strawberries as well.

With our 'extra' time used up we are now working on our Stateside to-do list. This weekend is
our open house at Allegan Wesleyan and Sunday will be in Southern Michigan. We are looking forward to connecting with our support team and thanking people in person.

Cory was finally able to talk to John Pierre last night on the phone. John Pierre is watching the house and garden back in Haiti for us. He reports that everyone and everything is going well. Rose the cat is fine. No goats in the gardens and the trees are growing fine.
