Cory and guys planting bamboo and weeding around all the plants, trees, pots in the yard.
Yesterday he spent the day in Cap Haitian-shopping and dropping the Baileys off at the airport for their trip back to the USA.
He is also happy to have finished a few office days-including getting our taxes done.
School-finishing week 5. Lots of good books which we enjoy and both kids are also learning to use Mom's Kindle. Not sure that is a good thing but love that they can increase their vocabulary with the easy to use dictionary.
Once a year I start working on my CME's- continuing medical education requirements. I've read three journals this week-and this month finally contacted the right person so that my requirement for attending a meeting has been dropped-because I live overseas.
Eli received rave reviews and a A+ for the project that topped off our good-bye to Bailey meal Wednesday night. He made chocolate povlova for part of his study on New Zealand. Served with pineapple it was great.
The House of Hope housed a compassion meeting on Thursday. This weekend it will be used to house a few guests who will be here for the dedication of Pastor Immanuel's grandson Thed as well as the following reception.
No big plans for the next couple of weeks.
The dictionary is one of my favorite features of the Kindle too!

Did you have yours at Ti Goave? I saw someone reading one and that is when I knew that my folks were going to bring me one.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm going to have to look up what povlova is =) The fact that it's chocolate means it must be good! Maybe he should try making that in MI next time! Not familiar with a Kindle either!
